📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits packages that align with company goals and industry standards.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve HR initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, applying relevant knowledge to our operations.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and provide tailored development opportunities.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and compensation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee growth and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Training & Development and Compensation & Benefits.
• Certification in HR Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with waste management industry and sustainability practices is a plus.
