Our Badung warehouse is a key hub for our operations, and we need a dedicated Inventory Staff to oversee the day-to-day inventory management. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely restocking. With your expertise in inventory management, you will help us maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Update and manage stock levels in the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of new stock.
• Work closely with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and reorder points.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and storage.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
