📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage branch operations including inventory management, customer service, and branch logistics.
• Support the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and maintain branch records, including customer data and transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in branch promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide regular reports on branch operations to the management team.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure high standards of service and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with automotive industry and digital platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
