📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate forklifts to transport materials, equipment, and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the production team to support the efficient flow of materials and products.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the maintenance and safety teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to quality standards and production schedules to meet operational targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (e.g., Forklift Safety Training Program, OSHA certified).
- Experience with forklift types commonly used in manufacturing, such as reach trucks, order pickers, or counterbalance forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations relevant to forklift operation.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
