📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal service levels and cost-efficiency.
Conduct thorough evaluations and negotiations to select the best 3PL partners for our clients' specific needs.
Monitor and analyze 3PL performance using key metrics such as service level agreements (SLAs), cost savings, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3PL solutions into our overall supply chain strategy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in third-party logistics and supply chain management.
Utilize SAP and JDA software to manage and optimize 3PL contracts and performance data.
Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on 3PL performance and cost-benefit analyses.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and supply chain industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3PL sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of third-party logistics services and their role in the supply chain.
Proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating 3PL contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus.
Experience with SAP, JDA, or other industry-standard logistics software is highly desirable.
