📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production lines using MES and ERP systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or process improvement roles.
- Proficient in using SAP ERP and MES systems.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry standards and regulations.
