Your daily tasks will include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Follow established procedures and protocols for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Assist with special cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning or event setup
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms
• Knowledge of basic hospitality and customer service principles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and technologies
