In this role, you will oversee the entire network infrastructure in Badung, Bali, leveraging tools like Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, and Wireshark to monitor and optimize network performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with international standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support global operations.
- Monitor network performance using tools like Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure network security and compliance with international standards.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other departments.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Network Management.
- Certifications in Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
- Proficient in network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Experience with network security and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
