As a Business Systems & Process Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in our business processes and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, ensuring that our systems are aligned with our strategic goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and analyze inefficiencies in current business processes.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Utilize tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and process mapping to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business systems and process improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and tools.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems and process improvement.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a similar role.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
