📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality 1-to-1 and small group tuition for Primary and Secondary students in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other tutors and the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching standards.
• Attend regular professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Primary and Secondary students.
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one of the following: Mathematics, Science, English, or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
