In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to improve clarity and readability,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with documentation tools and software such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Strong organizational and time management skills
