📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
