PT Karya Ekspresi is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist with the setup and maintenance of the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Perform cash handling and banking duties, including deposits and reconciliations.,Assist with the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual store reports.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
