📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing information about products and services.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.,Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Restock merchandise as needed and keep track of inventory levels.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
