📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a competitive industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
