📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is a plus
