📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue.,Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.,Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.,Organize and participate in beauty and wellness events, both online and offline.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential customers.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and wellness industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or community management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing social media following.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for beauty and wellness.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
