Asia Poly Industrial is seeking a dedicated Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Executive to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety and environmental programs.,Provide training and education to employees on safety and environmental best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and available.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks associated with workplace activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all safety and environmental activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining safety and environmental programs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
