📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
