In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Pasuruan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain a strong connection with the head office and other branches to ensure consistent company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Report on branch performance to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the media industry.
  • Strong understanding of remote management and the ability to effectively manage a team remotely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian media industry and market trends.
