📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Create microlearning modules and interactive learning experiences to enhance knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Develop and implement blended learning solutions combining e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality training content is consistently produced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning design and instructional development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Experience in developing microlearning content and interactive learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven learning solutions.
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or Adobe Certified Instructor in Captivate) is a plus.
