Village Point Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicles and drivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce costs.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and meet safety standards.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain fleet compliance and efficiency.,Provide training and support to new drivers and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
