📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting is a plus.
