📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers in purchasing products by providing information and recommendations.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software.,Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
