We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific area, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a specific area, including sales, customer service, and inventory.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
