As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastry dishes for our onboard and shore-side customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods, to meet customer demands and preferences.,Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastries are up to standard.,Maintain and clean the pastry kitchen and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in the development and implementation of new pastry recipes and menu items.,Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of food services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pastry preparation and baking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating and preparing high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and techniques in pastry preparation and baking.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
