📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
