📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must
