📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and driving performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, corporate clients, and government entities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of business proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a high-performance environment.
• Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business development tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Certification in healthcare business development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
