📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure food quality and consistency in all prepared dishes.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary practices and ingredients.,Possession of a relevant culinary certificate or degree is a plus.
