📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing office supplies and inventory

Coordination with vendors for procurement and delivery of office supplies

Ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained

Managing office security and access control

Assisting with office events and meetings

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Handling office administration tasks

Providing support to the team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Proven experience in office management and administration

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with office software and tools

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
