In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and delivering high-quality pastries and desserts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared according to recipes and standards.,Keep inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.,Support the Head Pastry Chef in managing the pastry team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with menu development and cost control.
