📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared, presented, and served according to company standards.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
