Rejeki Umar Health Center is looking for a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for our patients and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and dietary requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
