📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner,Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the guest rooms and public areas,Perform light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, changing linens, and vacuuming,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to guests,Ensure that all guest rooms are ready for check-in and check-out,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues,Assist with the organization and management of guest amenities and supplies,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent,Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and equipment,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds (9 kg),Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness
