📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail properties in Bali.
• Manage tenant relations, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase property value.
• Monitor property performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any property issues promptly.
• Assist in the negotiation and management of leases and contracts.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and retail property management.
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s property market and local regulations.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with lease agreements, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
